wierd val kilmer rts

on the 20th of june i sent Val kilmer letter,dvd cover,irc and sae to the saltmill addy.
today i recieved an unusual rts. at my door step was my letter in a post bag saying that the picture below was how this was received. it was signed by the postmaster at the northgate mailcenter.
on the actual envelope it states that the return was due to :attempt unknown.
the envelope was indeed opened and my sae was ripped. the contents of what i had sent were all still intact(thank goodness).

That is quite unusal about the post bag! I've never seen or heard of one before! I'm happy at least that your dvd cover was thankfully intact and still in good condition!!
