Isn't he on tour in the US right now? I know he is playing in NJ on Tuesday...and I thought he had other US shows before that. Just wondering what anyone else thought.

fbb819- If he is currently touring the US, what was likely to have happend here is that whatever fanmail he got at Casino Rama (when he was there in early June) he brought along with him and signed it on the road. In which case, would also explain the postage being paid in the USA and not Canada where this was originally sent!
