Cabaret fully signed success (No Longer valid)

I sent a letter and SAE with US stamp on to the Stage Manager on: 22nd March 2015, with proof of donation to Broadway Cares charity, which I forgot i sent with request out again, and the beginning of April 2015, I recieved to my surprise this fully signed cast playbill.
