Anne Hathaway PP 'success' (No Longer Valid)

Wrote to Anne via her play Grounded in mid-May. Received my return envelope today with my original photo unsigned and a pre-printed photo. Disappointed though not surprising given then the day after i wrote her someone else left similar feedback.
