ELISABETH VOLKMANN (The Simpsons) last sigs before she died

I still don't know if this is rather a sad or a great success...
On March 11th, 2006 Elisabeth Volkmann, a German actress and the German voice of Marge Simpson (The Simpsons), came to our town for a theatre play. As I knew the hotel she was staying in I went there and handed my letter over to the Front Office Manager.
Since I hadn't heard back from Mrs. Volkmann for 4 1/2 months I even thought my letter hadn't been forwarded to her at the hotel.
On July 26th, 2006 I finally received my letter back and Mrs. Volkmann had signed all my enclosed 8x10 inch "The Simpsons" promo stills. The envelope was marked "July 25th, 2006" and was sent off from Munich.
Just 3 days later I read in my local newspaper that Mrs. Volkmann was found dead lying in the hallway of her house in Munich on July 27th at age 70. The coroner confirmed that Mrs. Volkmann had been dead for 2 days when she was found and had died of natural causes.
This all means that Mrs. Volkmann had died on July 25th, 2006 after she had been to the post office to send my photos back to me. It's really weird to know that those are her last signatures before she actually collapsed in her hallway and died. That's why I still don't know if I shall be happy or sad.

Its very sad to hear that she has passed, and not long after she posted off your letter!!
