Noomi Rapace Fail!

Completely disappointed with this one. Wrote to Noomi vv filming her new film Rupture in Toronto. Sent 2 photos, LOR, SAE and returns postage. Received my return envelope today with my photos unsigned.
This is the second time this happened since March, on top of seeing 2 successes from other people for celebs that i sent to and never heard back from. No idea why they send them Back in my envelope when i put a return address on the envelope. Does it cost to RTS?
I know i shouldnt take it personally but sending it in my own envelope is like saying "we received your letter, thanks but no thanks". Dont know if i will bother sending anything else to her or anyone again, even though I've seen successes from her on here. Starting to think there's something wrong with the way i write my letters. Sigh. Anyway, heres the pic.
