I sent a letter to Shakira using the address mentioned above. The arena forwarded the letter to SONY music who sent it back to me unsigned

alot of people have got return from senders from Shakira...
maybe you could try the Sony Music Address

No, they should have received my letter 4 days before the first show because I sent it earlier than planned.

Cos the arena forwarded it to them

I believe there's some sort of filter present on the board which will block out words on the banned list. This is probably why a specific word on your message ended up looking like "****".
