I sent a letter and $5 CDN.
Address used:
Hillcrest Films, Inc.
9/320 - 555 Brooksbank Ave.
N. Vancouver, BC V7J 3S5
I recieved head shots of Halle Berry, Benicio Del Toro, and David Duchovny, 2 crew ID badges, (one of which was used on set) 2 reverse stickers, a very sweet letter from the 2nd Assistant Coordinator, and my five dollars back!!
The return address was the same.
The badges are holographic; that's why it's fuzzy. And I flipped one over so you could see the other side.

Thanks so much!!

I agree!!

The letter was so nice. "We saved your letter until the end of the show so we could see how much stuff we could collect for you." Also that many actors don't sign while working on set. But that's fine!

I got a birthday wish too, which is a first for me from someone like this!

yea i know what you mean! its so cool to be wished a happy birthday like that! I met kevin smith with a couple of my friends and he signed my copy of his book(after waiting 9 hours on a line!!) and my friends told him that it was my 16th birthday and he wrote "Janet- Happy Sweet Sixteen! --Kevin Smith" I didnt realize it at first but when I looked at the book afterwards, it made my year! haha
sorry that was kind of long!

To answer the questions:
Things We Lost in the Fire is a movie.
Unfortunately, nothing is signed. I was told the actors wouldn't sign while working on set. I'm still extremely happy with what I got!
I don't address the envelope to anyone, simply the movie title and then the filming address. I'm not sure that if I had sent it to a specific crew member that it would have gotten to me any faster. I would have had to find out who it was that handles the mail, and it only took two months to get to me anyway, without that information.
I send the $5 to pay for shipping/postage fees, as I don't know how much they're willing to send. (And it's the smallest bill I can send!!) Naturally I only send out to Canadian sets, so my money isn't worthless.
Hope that helps. Thanks for the comments!
