On May 4th I sent a LOR and SASE to the Stage Manager at the Richard Rodgers theatre in hopes of getting a signed Hamilton playbill. Today I received my envelope back with a note saying that they only sell signed memorabilia in order to keep value up and only sell twice a year. So I wouldn't recommend trying.

If I only request for a Playbill (not signed), do you think they will still reply and send me the Playbill?

Quick Update to this: I have learned you can receive a signed playbill through the mail if you send a minimum forty dollar donation to Broadway Cares. I did as such and will update with what I get back
