Took a shot and sent to his play that he is appearing in in New York, sent LOR, SASE, & picture on 7.7.16. Received my picture back unsigned and a pre-printed 4x6 picture on 7.18.16.

it's exactly the same.
Sadly it's preprinted.

Yes he did. The smaller I just used the smaller envelope to cover my address.
