HiLARY DUFF RTS :(

I sent Hilary mail in the morning of August 27. I was so lazy..that was the day I took a flight to Vegas and I dropped it in a local drop-in at 5 am. I thought it would get there quick since it's in Boston on the 29th (30th where she performed). Wow.. like 3 weeks almost. Today, I got a RTS. They put a BIG x over the address saying it's not here.
