My sister & I sent SASE, letter, and photo. They returned our photo unsigned but sent us two autographed photos (i like the ones they sent). The autograph is definitely authentic; we compared it with each other and looked carefully at the signature/markings!

My sister might post hers (without the envelope) later.

Very lucky! I sent them during Christmas. Guess they didn't get it. Maybe I should try sending to them again.

AWW... now it feels like everyone BUT me is getting a success from them. I sent to them in November and again a week ago for the concert tomorrow on the 15th.
