I used the Wizards of Waverly Place address. I sent a letter and SASE, received back a nice, inscribed 8x10. 
She also wrote her Myspace URL on the back of the envelope on the flap thing, haha.
& can anyone tell me what the sticker below the 2 stamps indicate? /:

awsome succes im still waiting on mine i sent almost exaclty a month after you ,but i really hope i get her auto since i like love selena shes so pretty

You've never seen a Pitney Bowes stamp? The sticker below the two stamps indicates the postage Selena paid for you.
