Sent 1/3/2008 to her November address at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre, received today. Sent two notecards and a picture, and asked for the picture to be dedicated please. She personalized it and just signed her name on the notecards...turns out she'll only personalized your photos if you ask her to? Great success
