Riggs is the bassist for the death metal band, Job For A Cowboy. I sent him a 5x7, letter and SASE to their January 28 show at The Venue, in Boise, Idaho. Sent the letter December 31 and received it signed on March 9. Postmarked from Arizona, so he must've taken it back home with him.
