Sent a request for a playbill to the EVITA Non-Equity National Tour on February 6, to the Lexington Opera House in Lexington, KY where they were performing from Feb. 11 to Feb. 14 or something like that. However no response since, and the LOH has said that they forwarded it.
For me I think there's a few reasons why I didn't/won't get anything. First of all, I didn't send a SASE. Secondly, it's a Non-Equity tour (all the stage performers you see in L.A. & Broadway and on the "First National Touring Company" (or Second) are all members of Actors Equity Association of America...and these people are either trying to get into Equity or do not wish to be on Broadway, etc. Also, not all tours give out playbills at performances.
Has anyoone else even sent to them?

WONDERLAND:Alice's New Musical Adventure enjoyed a short, but sweet run on Broadway in Spring of 2011!
