Not a long wait, I sent a cover of a magazine(if curious, magazine cover I sent was "Blender") and said

I know this has been answered many times, but I always forget, how much does it cost to send a normal envelope from US to Canada. I have written Hilary at other successful addresses, but want to try this one.

Hilary's on tour now, and is done filming the move (she only had a small part). You could try maybe sending to a stop on her tour, otherwise I'd save your stamps for her next film!
