c/o Sweeney Todd National Tour
Cadillac Palace Theatre
Chicago, IL
Sent: Letter, SASE, Questionairre
Received: Playbill signed by the entire cast! How nice! And questionairre signed!

It actually even looks like she got some of the stand-bys too, which is alot considering usually only nine performers go on for a night. She sent it from the West Palm Beach stop, with the Chicago playbill.
For those wondering, the tour is almost over, but will go to Non-Equity...but we'll see how that works out: http://www.sweeneytoddtour.com/route.htm
The current National Tour of Stephen Sondheim's masterpiece SWEENEY TODD is part of the Broadway Revival cast, which debuted at the Eugene O'Neil Theatre in NY starring Patti LuPone and Michael Cerviris. Lauren Molina portrayed the role of Johanna in the Broadway company, and is one of the few original revival members to join the national tour, which is primarily made up of the stand-bys and others, featuring David Hess in the title role and Judy Kaye (of Phantom of the Opera fame, among other things). Molina is also the cello player, in which this version of Sweeney Todd the nine members of the cast play their own instruments.
The 2005 Broadway Revival recording is great! And Lauren Molina can be heard on it. It's different though, because the orchestrations are scaled down so that the nine can play their instruments!
