I sent him a letter and 8x10 colour picture in Bulgaria, when he was filming "The code" here in Bulgaria - late november 2007!!!
I received my picture signed and also other black and white signed picture - 22 june 2008!
He sent the letter from USA 7 months later and added US stamps!http://www.snimka.bg/album.php?album_id=227337&photo=5
