My wife, daughter, & I sent a letter, SASE, & one 8.5 x 11 photo we printed out of Jenifer Lewis from the movie Cars (our favorite Pixar movie)
Got back the photo autographed & personalized to my daughter! (daughters name has been removed by me. I left the exclamation she drew and the word 'to') Also included in the envelope was a promotional picture for the musical Hairspray which was also signed. Hard to make out, but signed on the lower right hand side.
Heres the 8.5 x 11 I printed on matte photo paper:

Heres the envelope. I edited out my address. No return address, but New York, NY and a bunch of black lines span the entire front of the envelope:
