I sent to the address in the database and it was sent back stamped with "attempted, not known."

On the returned envelope it has Sunset crossed off and Wilshire was written in and the zip is written in as 90048. I looked it up on Don Buchwald website and it says it is:

Los Angeles, CA 90048

I will try again at that address.
