Address for Jackie Avancho

I have been trying to contact Jackie Avancho now for 2 months requesting a personally signed autograph. All 3 address I have mailed to has all been returned. (2) of the Pittsburg, Pa addresses don't even exist as the Post Office returned my mail with a sticker that reads VACANT. I pulled them up on Google Earth and it shows they are an "Empty Lot". I'm just wondering why Jackie's advertising manager doesn't correct this problem. I personally have received 9 emails form other people that has the same problem. Would really appreciate somebody look into this situation.
