emails are not working

I am not able to send fanmail in the mail but I am able to get an autograph sent to me but I am trying to get a jensen ackles autograph and a jared Padalecki one and I tried the emails but they said address not found but if fanmail.biz if you send me a message I will exchange info so I can get the PP autographs.
