this agency is not accepting fan letters for him

I called this agency to ask about a fan letter to Micheal keaton that i sent back in january 2022 and still as of july 19th 2022 still waiting, and they said they dont accept letters for him. They said i would have to search for another representative who handles his mail form who knows where else.
