I always email agencies or managements and out the question to them about a TTM for a particular actor they represent. If I do not get a response from them after 2 weeks, I'll call em' and ask. If they say something to the effect of: 'we can't guarantee anything but we can certainly pass it on for you', then I always say (based on past experience) the request probably stands a 60% chance of yielding a successful result.
