I sent to the address in the database and it was sent back stamped with "attempted, not known."
The address currently in the database that I used is:

Don Buchwald & Associates L.A.
6500 W Sunset Blvd
Suite 2200
Los Angeles, CA 90028-7202

On the returned envelope it has Sunset crossed off and Wilshire was written in and the zip is written in as 90048. I looked it up on Don Buchwald website and it says it is:
6500 Wilshire Boulevard, #2200
Los Angeles, CA 90048
I will try again at that address.
