I saw a fan mail address in his official website :

9320 Wilshire Blvd.
Suite #212
Beverly Hills, CA 90212

And the database's fanmail address:

Schumacher Management
9320 Wilshire Blvd.

Beverly Hills, CA 90212
USA

I wonder if the database need to update since the suite number in both address is different......
