now when i go back to look at his addresses it says his mailing address is
c/o Talentworks
3500 West Olive Avenue, #1400
Burbank, CA 91505
and his secondary mailing address is the one i sent it to. will he still get it or will i get a RTS?

The feedback forum is supposed to be for posting details of successes or failures.

Any addresses listed for any specific person in the database should work, but isn't guaranteed.

In your instance, the primary address has been changed because I believe someone has received a success from the Talentworks address. This doesn't mean that you won't receive anything, it just takes time and patience. Unless you, or someone else gets an RTS from the Reel Talent Management address, it is assumed that it is still valid.

Mitchel probably hasn't gone through his mail there yet. Be patient ... although I know this can be hard.
