EugeneE's right - I noticed this response before SFM turned off their autoresponders:
An automatic reply from http://www.studiofanmail.com
Thank you for writing and for your support
of Will & Grace.
Unfortunately, production of new episodes of
Will & Grace has officially ended. This award-
winning comedy has provided us with laughter
and entertainment since 1998. We wish all of its
cast and crew many future successes.
The end of production also brings the end of our
contract to provide fans with free autographed
photos. We regret any inconvenience, and wish
to thank all of the fans for supporting the show.

By the way, in an earlier post EugeneE did an excellent job of explaining the problem companies are having with regard to spam and autoresponders. I just had to do a bunch of research on this topic lately, and it seems the only solution anymore is to stop the autoresponders. I read somewhere the other day that spam is something like 9 out of 10 emails now. Sure seems to be the case with mine, and I've been really careful with my email address. (Or so I thought!)
Ditto, I have been using a Yahoo email address for about the last year since my old email address was being spammed so much that I couldn't take it anymore & now, with my free Yahoo email address which I had for the past year, I receive very little spam. Spam has gotten so much out of hand that it is affecting autoresponders to the point that autoresponders need to be turned out. Spam is also costing companies money, mostly in the man-hours needed to check the email.ought-o-graugh wrote:By the way, in an earlier post EugeneE did an excellent job of explaining the problem companies are having with regard to spam and autoresponders. Hi KisscoKissco wrote:so none of these are authentic autographs

Welcome to the forum!
None of the autographs available from Studio Fan Mail are authentic - they are pre-prints (copies of autographs) or Autopens (where a machine signs the autograph).
However, the good thing about SFM is that the photos are free, so all you need to do is send an email with your postal address to the relevant email address.
Good luck!

The email adress for Will and Grace you listed is wrong.
Your list says it's willandgrace@studiofanmail.com When trying this, I got a RTS - then I tried will&grace@studiofanmail.com and everything seems to be fine.
