SFM Help!!

Ok, a couple days ago I sent Tyra Banks and Tim Allen an email through Studio Fan Mail.
The next day, I received an email from the Tyra Banks one saying they would send me an autograph.
That was 2 days ago and I never received any email from Tim Allen saying they would send me an auto!
So, doeas that mean I have to try again with Tim Allen?
This is my first time trying SFM.

When i sent emails for about 10 people to sfm i never got any emails back but still got all my photos :D

Yes, You'll still receive one from Tim. Some of the addresses have what's a called a "Auto-Response" message just to let you know that you'll get it. :D I'm not sure why they all don't do that. :?
