question for mailing to canada. Im new here btw

Hey there, I have probably a dumb question, but if im sending off for a request to vancouver, can i use regular us stamps, or do i need some sort of coupons for canadian stamps or something. Also if i can use us stamps to send, can i use them on sase as well? Like I said Im new to this site.

You will have to send canadian stamps not american stamps for the envelope back to you since the envelope will be mailed from within canada,I know you are new so i understand but obviously if it's mailed from canada it would need canadian stamps...If you can't get canadian stamps you can try a few other things like A IRC which you can get at your post office which can be cashed in here for the return postage,or you could just put like 2 u.s. dollars in the envelope for the return postage i know people say don't send money but it's only a few dollars no big deal or one last thing you can try if you want but its risky is put us stamps on the return envelope and put your name in the return address as well as the main address that way even if they won't ship it without canadian stamps they will do a return to sender which is you. But keep in mind all the options other than having canadian stamps lower your chances alot of getting a return ... Good luck.
