I'm guessing you are referring to when you write an email to studio fan mail. You just have to write that you want an autographed picture of the celeb and add you postal address. The email will never get to the celeb.

I usually just put my address in the body of the email.... I have had over 30 successes via studio fan mail that way.

Dear <Person>

I am a fan of your work in <something>.

May I have a photo sent to this address:
< Postal address to send photo>

Thank you.

Kind regards
<Your Name>

Just remember that when you email SFM to include your postal address (this is a must!)
