Kim Basinger & Robert Patrick doesn't work?!

I tried to write an email to Kim Basinger und Robert Partrick. But this email seems not working because by other requests I got an email back, that I will get my autograph in some weeks!
Any other addresses from these both??

yep correct
often you dont get an email-reply,just send the request with your address and its done

I don't know about the Robert Patrick email address but I think Kim's isn't working because I made two requests already to it and haven't received anything.
