Hey I received the same Courtney Cox Arquette one today (13 Jan 09) I sent off for it on 5th Nov 08.
I also sent off for some others on the same and have received a few of the one.
Today, other than Courtney Cox Arquette, I have received FROM sfm

Angelina Jolie
Nicholas Cage
Carmen Electra
Drew Barrymore
