Sorry to say but you're picture is a pre print. Nice pic all the same. Where did you send your letter?

I agree with Rachel. It does appear to be a PP. Tilt it to a light and see how the ink reflects. If it is the same as the rest of the photo, then you have a PP. If it doesn't reflect the same, then you may have a genuine.
