Is there any point of writing a message in SFM emails? Or should I just put my Address.

I just write a simple message for SFM requests.
"Hi my name is Ryan. Could I please request a photo of *Celeb's Name* for my collection please? My address is:
*Address*

I think that it would be nice to send a little message like everyone else is saying. But nothing too extravagant because like nicole175 said, the star will never see it.
