The Celeb Merch ones I had to contact them because they never sent out the one I requested in october of 2005 so I emailed them on the 3rd on jan and they got back I told them the ones I ordered (some other ones to!) and I had them by the 7th!!!!

I know what you mean about your Celeb Merch pictures I had to email them to remind them about mine too!

They seem really good at sending your free pictures out when you query it, but not great unless you do!!!!!

I bet your postman/lady was glad to offload that little lot

mine seem to have been taking forever too.....so i emailed them and apparently they'd lost 3 of my orders so they said they'd fast track them too me
