Ozzy Osbourne SFM Help

I've sent to Ozzy TTM already but I would like a PP of Ozzy as well. I found the SFM thread and sent to Seth Green and i tried ozzy and it didn't work 
I tried: ozzy@studiofanmail.com and ozzyosbourne@studiofanmail.com and OzzyOsbourne@studiofanmail.com. I know for sure it has worked for others but it just says Delivery Status Notification (Failure). I really want this autograph 
So if you know the correct address or if the SFM still does Ozzy Osbourne PPs, Please tell me! I'm a bit desperate!
