Celebrity fan mail
When you send fan mail to a celebrity do they really read it or does someone else?

Hi warriorhazel
It really depends on the situation.
If you send it to a Studio Fan Mail address, an employee of the company will recieve your email and send out a photo on the celebrity's behalf. Any fan mail letter you send to Studio Fan Mail will never be received by the celebrity (they won't even be aware that you have sent it.)
If you send it to their agent, or via venue, there is a chance that the celebrity will read the letter. However, we will never be sure whether they've actually read the whole letter, as they could have had someone read it on their behalf or even not read it at all. It probably depends on a number of factors, such as who you send the letter to (a lesser known celebrity will have fewer letters, and may have time to read every letter he/she receives, whereas an A list celebrity will probably have too much mail to read and will not read any at all) and how much time a celebrity has to handle all his or her mail.
