I'm confused. Are the autographs actual signatures; autopen, facsimiles or what?

No, any autographs from Studio Fan mail are not Authentic. Their a combination of Autopen and Pre-Print. Same with Celebrity Merchandise ones. However Chad Michael Murray is the only client that does send out authentics from Celebrity Merchandise. but all the other clients use the preprint and autopen method.
