Jensen Ackles (?) SFM success

Hi !
A few days ago I got a consignment from Studio FanMail. I opened it and I`dont know who autograph is inside
After searching the database I found he is Jensen Ackles. But I never sent a message to him 
I do not know how it happened...
In got a PP autograph.
