What I have to write to SFM if I want to get an autograph?

The only person I ever wrote "I am a big fan of" (and it was like a 2 sentence email) was Selena Gomez because I never seemed to be getting my pictures. I never write anything more than my address and I've had plenty of SFM success. I just send to Celebrity @ studiofanmail.com and put the celeb's name in the subject.
