4. is it wright that you only can request 1 photo a email adress?

But i really like the photos they are sending out

I think it wont be a problem for them to send you 2 or 3 different autographs, but if you spam them asking for 10-20, I am sure they will ignore it.

I added ChrisColfer@studiofanmail.com to the list

it's just an email address, so I would just try all of the ones I am interested in. If it doesn't work, then it doesn't work. You could also try random celeb names@studiofanmail.com and see if it works.
