Help with Studio fan mail

Hello everyone,
i am sure this has been asked before sorry, but i am new to this studio fan mail and Celeb merch world. so i sent out a few requests. i followed waht other have suggested as far as keep it short and stuff, and not to send a buch. i have sent a few in the past week. so far i have only received maybe 3 messages back saying "Thank you for writing to.... and it says that they need your address to send it, and i have included that info in every Email. so i am confused do i reply to that message with my address again or is this just a courtesy? and also for the ones i sent that i did not get a auto-reply did those go through according to my email it says sent and they did not get returned. can someone please tell me if i am doing something wrong? or i am i doing this the correct way? i thank you for your help with this, as i said i am new to this. thanks again and have a great night (DAY).

Sean SJazz,
Do not worry if you have not received an email back from Studio Fan Mail. Not every address has that automated response.
You do not need to reply to that "thank you" message.
As long as you included your address in the first email you sent, you will be fine.

Celeb Merch World do send an email with your order info.

Basically, you just send a short message to Studio Fan Mail saying you would like a photo of _______ and to send it to your address, which you include in the email.

how long ago did you email them?

i my Celeb Merch pictures came within 4ish months of me "ordering" them and my SFM came within 3ish months of me sending the email

not that long about back in early july july i started to email them. but i did try Jen Anderson back in june and i have not heard from her yet. but it hasnt been 3 months yet. so i guess i just have to be patient and see what happens. thanks agian and i hope to get a response soon. form eather of them. have a great weekend and thanks again for yoru help and info. i do feel better now that i know that i am not the only one that has to wait.
