I have requested from David 3 times without success.

I dont know what I am doing wrong. I am using the email supplied by this site, clear on my address....

what else can I do? This was supposed to be a suprise for my wife who is a big fan.

I really don't know why this has happened to you but when was the time that you sent in the requests because there have been a few reports where it took months & even a year to get the SFM autographs.
