Usually, you get an RTS when you send to an SFM email address which is not valid.

I don't know the reason for the Forest Whitaker RTS but could it be that Forest Whitaker might no longer be a client of SFM.

I sent an test email to forestwhitaker@studiofanmail.com & it came back as an RTS which means that Forest Whitaker probably isn't a client of SFM anymore.

I requested an autograph of Peter Graves at petergraves@studiofanmail.com & Ben Stiller at benstiller@studiofanmail.com but these emails didn't come back as an RTS so Forest Whitaker probably isn't a client of SFM anymore.
