I don't want to try for the 4th time and recieve the same autographs I'm getting worried there not going to come at all

First, When did you send for them? SFM can take up to 4-6 weeks to recieve. If it has been 4-6 weeks since you sent for them the last time, try emailing service@studiofanmail.com they might be able to help you.

Hi Mandy

First of all, as MW1221 mentioned - it takes somewhere between 4-6 weeks (longer if you live outside the US) to receive your picture in the mail. Make sure that when you email the SFM address that you include your postal address.

Furthermore, SFM had recently turned off their autorepsonders due to the amount of spam they were receiving. Therefore, do not expect a reply email to say that they have received your email request. Send your requests as normal, but you probably will not receive any emails back from them.
