I do have a question though - I sent a bunch of requests at the same time. Is it normal to get them at all different times?

Yes. I got a bunch at 4 or 5 different times and still waiting on some. I would get 2 and then 1 a few days later and then another. Finally I got 13 in one day. Still waiting on Sarah Michelle Gellar
