That we are only allowed one request of an autograph from one e-mai, for example, my e-mail is buggsbunny@yahoo.com, and i am only allowed to send to one of the sfm e-mail. and to gt another one i have to send the sfm e-mail from another address. Is that true?

What it means is that you can use the same email to email EACH of the SFM clients, but only a maximum of once per star.

With one email address,you could email say Tom Welling, Halle Berry,etc. as many people as you want. But could not email Tom Welling twice or anything. One request per person.
