So I figured I'd test it out so I sent a request to hughlaurie@studiofanmail.com and I haven't gotten anything bounced back to me...so does this mean that he does have an account with them?? I'm sure he does considering how everyone seems to be getting the same photo back from him and it does come in a SFM envelope. I hope I get something from him...back on the 9th of November I sent SFM requests for Sean Hayes, Megan Mullaly, Debra Messing, Angelina Jolie and one CM request for Vince Vaughn...I didn't recieve anything from SFM but I did get an e-mail confirming my order for my Vince photo. Wish me luck, this is my first time using SFM and CM's services...

They don't always confirm. Actually, most of the time they don't. You just email them and a few weeks or months later your autograph will come. And yes, Hugh Laurie does use SFM.
